About Blossom Teas

Blossom Teas brings a relaxed and cheerful bubble tea experience to Burnaby, and the moment you walk into the shop at 7198 Barnet Rd #23, the atmosphere already feels inviting. The place has that easygoing neighborhood vibe where people stop by for a quick drink during the day, while others settle in and enjoy a slower catch-up with friends. Because the space is designed for both takeout and dine-in visits, it works equally well whether someone wants to grab a refreshing tea on the go or spend a little extra time exploring different flavors on the menu. Delivery and onsite services also make the shop convenient for busy afternoons when leaving home is not an option.

One thing that stands out about Blossom Teas is how naturally the menu fits every kind of craving. Fruit teas feel bright and refreshing, especially during warmer days, while milk teas offer a smoother and creamier texture that makes them perfect comfort drinks. The bubble tea combinations feel playful without becoming overwhelming, and the customization options make each order feel personal. Customers can usually adjust sweetness levels, ice amounts, and toppings, which adds to the casual and welcoming experience.

The shop itself carries a clean and modern style, yet it never feels too formal. Instead, it gives off the kind of energy that encourages repeat visits. Students, families, and local tea lovers can all find something enjoyable here, and the menu keeps things approachable for both longtime bubble tea fans and newcomers trying it for the first time. The balance between convenience, cozy surroundings, and flavorful drinks gives Blossom Teas a friendly identity that fits naturally into the Burnaby food scene, especially for anyone searching for a casual stop with refreshing drinks and a laid-back atmosphere.

Edit 2: change rating for responsiveness of restaurant to address issue. Appreciate it. Below was original review for reference Keep screwing up orders. Came here first time. My daughter’s matcha matcha smoothie missing pocky. Wife complained and they insisted nothing was wrong. Today ordered a no sugar mango coco for my wife and the drink obviously was sugared. Never coming back Edit: My son ordered Mango Coco in our first family order. He just help me taste the second Mango Coco I ordered and didn't taste any coco just like my wife said. Looks more like I was given Mango Creamy instead of Mango Coco

This is a hidden Bubbletea place in the middle of residential. Got their Mango Jasmine with double pearls. Tasted really good and it came with fresh mangos. Service was fast but the place isn’t that big so we didn’t stay inside.

I saw this place on social media & decided to give it a try. The location itself wasn’t much to look at & I almost walked by it as a result of no large visible signage being present except for a small neon sign. Regardless, the inside was quite nice! Cute looking, and had nice decor. The lady behind the counter was very nice & gave me a recommendation. I ordered the Mango Coco & she got to work. The slushy mango drink was very pleasant & not too sweet. I opted out of the add ons, but I’m sure some additional flavours would have took it to the next level. Either way, the drink was very nice & I would like to come back here to try some of their other drinks & desserts. 4 stars!

A nice little hidden gem in burnaby for great pearl teas and fantastic smoothies. They are known for their mango drinks and it did not disappoint one bit! We ordered the Creamy Mango slush, and it was fantastic. Surely it gives Macu in Richmond a run for its money. It was not overly sweet and the flavour of the mango really comes out. The teas and slushies are fresh, they are good. Blossoms has good pricing, excellent service and great drinks. I’ve been coming over the years and will continue to. A lovely hidden iykyk spot in burnaby. Update: Their new watermelon slush drinks are really tasty, and it really hits the spot on a hot day

My boyfriend and I ordered our usual favorites — the brown sugar pearl milk and the coffee smoothie — but they tasted a bit different this time. The flavor and texture weren’t as rich as before. We hope it goes back to the way it used to be because we really loved those drinks!

Sippin a super yum, homemade traditional 杨枝甘露 under the beautiful blossom trees of Burnaby from Blossom Teas is an absolute must. You cannot go here and not give in to temptation. Trust me, you have to divulge in a choice of one of their fantastic Mango specials, so fresh and absolutely delicious, I absolutely love this 櫻茶屋 joint!! I went after a friend gave me a recommendation and I'm so blessed they mentioned it. We got the Mango Jasmine Slush which was outstanding, refreshing and bursting with natural flavour, topped with a generous serving of juicy fresh Mexican ataulfo Mango cubes. I would also recommend the Coconut Lychee Jelly as a perfect compliment to a five-star beverage. The Taiyaki 鯛焼き with Red Bean filling was INCREDIBLY yummy and surprisingly quite a light and fluffy texture which didn't taste overly oily or anything. Baked fresh upon order, they are definetely 100% worth a 5 minute wait to top off an epic visit to this awesome place!! The azuki red Bean filling was also soooo tasty and deliciously, not overly sweet. I love how this BBT place offers non-dairy milk alternatives and actually makes REAL bubble tea, not powdered (respect to the OG's). I just wish they could offer fully recyclable materials as I always feel so guilty when getting takeout drinks packaging and during COVID it's not possible to use your own reusable. In terms of value for the taste and experience, this joint never ceases to hit the highest bar possible. I literally cannot wait to go again!

Updated Review July 2023 - Ordered the shaved mango supreme and it was loaded with mangos and was well put together for a to go order. I think it would have been better to eat it right there but still was very good. I did get condensed milk to go in a container but I opted to not put it on. The shaved ice was a good consistence. I've had it at other places where it was more milky and smooth but still decent. The service was friendly and our order was prepared quickly. This was a much better experience than in the past. Based off all the reviews I decided to make an order from here last night. It was an hour before they closed. I ordered an Aeropress Coffee black thinking it would be hot but it was in a bubble tea cup with ice. Being a coffee snob I was not too happy to see this $4 coffee watered down now with ice. The mango smoothie which was their signature was not made from fresh mango. It tasted like it was made from powder. The pearls were soft and had a nice chew to them with a slight sweetness. The red bean volcano smoothie was pretty good. It had lots of red bean in it and had a nice smoothie constancy. The Oreo smoothie was ok not something I wouldn't order again. The big let downs for me the mango bingsu was not available when I ordered so I settled for the mango smoothies and it was not good and the coffee being watered down.

This is a cool little bubble tea spot in North Burnaby with fresh made drinks and decent portion sizes. The drinks are a little bit more on the expensive side when it comes to bubble tea but they’re generous with the ingredients and everything tastes fresh. Cool spot to stop by if you’re in the area and looking for either a warm or cold drink, or some snacks.
